Innovative campaign helps Endeavour Learning Group attract record interest from job market
September 9 2011 - Endeavour Learning Group has launched an online recruitment site resulting in record interest from
the natural health and education job market both domestically and overseas to join Australia’s leading provider of health, fitness and beauty
education.
In a company first, the educational institution has built its own recruitment site called Work @ Endeavour which is accessible
through the company’s website. It features information about academic and operational job vacancies and processes job applications. The site’s
point of difference is its focus on encouraging candidates to register their interest in future positions to ensure Endeavour
Learning Group can proactively inform them when new positions arise.
"We introduced Work @ Endeavour as a new recruitment channel to leverage the substantial number of people from the natural health community around the world who regularly visit our website.
