April 15 2008 - Jacob Fleming Apex has designed and organised a top of the line 'HR Technology Summit' in response to the latest developments in technology being used in HR management. Leader of HR Web Solutions at Lufthansa AG will sharing the advantages that e-recruitment has given them in regards to resource management. He will present the different ways in which online recruiting can be used, the challenges and how things may develop in the future.
Another key speaker at the event comes as the Senior Business Director at BT. This presentation will highlight the benefits and challenges of employee engagement by implementing a flexible working environment.
The Director of Corporate HR Strategy & Controlling at Bertelsmann will also be contributing to the event. He will lay out the role and responsibility of HR departments during merger and acquisition transactions. He will be sharing which tools can be used to support relevant issues, to make results visible and accessible and even support decision making.
