CNC Global selected to lead Recruitment Process Outsourcing Initiative for the City of Edmonton

July 31 2006 - CNC Global Limited, Canada's leading provider of IT staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions, is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the City of Edmonton (the City) to provide a wide range of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services to help fulfill its ongoing IT staff augmentation requirements.

The City joins a growing number of public and private sector organizations across Canada that are exploring the benefits of RPO. By leveraging CNC Global's proven RPO services and engaging a limited number of approved vendors, the City estimates that it will be able to reduce its IT contract staffing costs by as much as 10-15% while simultaneously reducing its hiring cycle by up to 75%. At the same time, the City expects to improve candidate quality and increase control over its IT contract resource initiatives through enhanced reporting and consistent service level agreements.
