Cullen Scholefield launch top coaching programme
February 21 2011 - HR and Management Consultants, Cullen Scholefield, will be the first in South East England to offer a
top level programme leading to the Diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentors from the Institute of Leadership and
Management (ILM). The programme is aimed at candidates who will be significantly involved in executive coaching and leadership mentoring -
within an organisation or a consultant.
Managing Director, Maureen S cholefield, says coaching and mentoring are vital tools for any manager. "After the structural
changes and personal bruising of the recession, effective coaching and mentoring can really help heal the wounds. Managers needing to re-mould
teams after restructuring, managers needing to develop their team to face the fast changing challenge of global markets or managers made redundant
looking for a new career as a coach can all benefit from this programme."
She adds: "Many managers use coaching and mentoring skills in their jobs already - but what this programme does is to help them
understand what they already do and what they don’t, to make them truly effective mentors. And having these skills is a great career developer
in itself."
