HR practice renews long-term relationships as clients call for in-house support for their personnel departments
January 31 2012 - SAGEGREEN is seeing returning demand for outsourced HR in support of in-house teams as it picks up two clients in 2012.
The North West based HR management practice recently renewed its working relationship with international agro science services organisation Eurofins, which has 25 years in the global crop protection industry.
Sagegreen will be including training and talent management as part of the on-going resource available to Eurofins.
The second client, U Group, is a long-established supplier to the catering sector. It will also be working again with Sagegreen after a break.
The Birmingham based manufacturing and distributing outfit worked with Sagegreen for five years and will now be receiving outsourced HR in support of the in-house team.
Jane Caven managing director of Sagegreen comments: "We have a wide range of consultants each offering something different in terms of specialisms and experience by discipline as well as sectors. This allows us to match the right professionals to the specific needs of the client as and when they are needed.”
"HR professionals need to be experts in a vast range of personnel related disciplines. We can bring in specialist best practice
techniques when the task is outside the regular remit of the in-house department."
