Atlantic Link Ukraine Acquires Youmanage LTD
August 3 2010 - Atlantic Link Ukraine has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Youmanage LTD, a provider
of the Online HR software tool kit for line managers.
The acquisition of Youmanage will allow Atlantic Link Ukraine to further broaden its strategy to become the dominant player in the
online HR Software sector. The Youmanage suite of products is a SAAS solution covering the employee life cycle from Recruitment & Interviewing,
Starters & Leavers, Performance management, job profiles & competencies, discipline & grievance, absence & holidays and all employee information.
